After analysis by our tire experts, we have identified that some tires made in the Multistrada plant between week 31 2022 and week 36 2022 may have been produced with an off-set belt.
This constitutes a deviation from the product specifications. Balancing difficulties and vibration may alert the end user, and additionally a sudden loss of air pressure cannot be ruled out completely during usage.
Based on the information we have to date, and even if the number of non-conforming tires is very low, we aim to promptly locate and replace potentially affected tires.
We invite consumers to contact their point of sale in which tires were purchased to arrange for replacement.
